No name yet!!!
I am a first time Mom and due in 7 days… I am having such a hard time deciding on a name for our baby! My husband and I decided not to find out the sex of the baby and honestly I think it has made me a little disconnected and I can’t come up with any names! I am terrified that we’re going to have to bring home the little peanut with the name of “baby boy or girl.” For those of you 2nd timers… is there a trick? Any help/ advice is appreciated!

Don’t worry, the second you see that little baby and hold him or her in your arms it will come to you. I would try to write down 5 or 6 names that you both like for each gender and then pick from that once you see the baby. Best of luck!

My husband and I chose to find out the sex of the bab for that reason exacty. I was afraid that I wouldn’t feel so connected to the baby if I didn’t know the sex… I also anted to decorate the nursery J Anyway, I picked out one or two name sand then when I held them and saw those little eyes one of the names just clicked! My advice… don’t over think it, go with your gut!

OMG… my relatives got so involved in naming our ds tat I swor I wouldn’t even tell them the sex this time around! Too bad my husband can’t keep a secret!

We actually waited three weeks post delivery to name our second son. You have about one month before they will issue a birth certificate with "baby boy LAST NAME", so we took our time. Don't feel pressured to name the baby. I do agree with jotting down a few names for each gender and then once you see the baby, you may quickly find that one of the name fits.
