Can you really feel ovulation?

I have heard that some people can feel when they’re ovulating?  Has anyone experienced that?  And what dos it feel like? I don’t think I have ever noticed this before…

RE:Can you really feel ovulation?

My sil is always telling me that sje knows when she’s ovulating because she gets a little crampy on one side.  I have never felt this either though.

RE:Can you really feel ovulation?

I am able to tell when I’m ovulating because of crampy feelings on one side or the other.  It’s similar to mens. Cramps but not as severe.  I wouldn’t rely on it though because some times it happens before or after ov.
