It’s flu season
Ok so I’m a first time Mom and am worried about flu season this year. I’ve read a lot about some remedies but I thought I’d ask the real experts. What’s your advice?

I buy Tylenol and motrin at Costco ( closest wholesale store) so I NEVER run out! I don’t want to be caught at 3 am w/ nothing for pain/ fever.

I use the humidifier a lot… It helps when they are conjested and I think it helps prevent colds… I had to put ds crib right next to the heater in his room so it gets pretty dry in there.

Remember when fever gets high giving them a bath helps a lot. Just make sure the water is lukewarm… not cold!

Dh is in charge of the “booger sucker” lol… a few drops of saline and a good suction helps any stuffy nose
